Hello Fellow Brewers! I am a novice homebrew graduating from my first 1 gallon all grain kit from Chapters in May 2015. The latest has found me brewing my 2nd and 3rd attempts in September 2016. Both were 5 gallon kits brewed back to back. I went from 1 gallon brewing experience to 10 gallons in one day! It was a good day, but what day isn't good when you're brewing beer! Looking forward to meet the group.
