I just put 4 taps into my sugar maple Sat afternoon and collected @ 40 L so far. Temps look like this week should be a good collection week.
I dont produce enough to sell either.
I could use some of your lager yeast
I have a vacuum sealer and would be aval on a Sat. or Sun to help with splits

The unit you have is more for welding sheet metal .
You might have to call a company that has a mobile welding unit on there truck

I used 3 campden tablts (weighed up at 2 grams) into 18L , So I dont think 3 grams is to much

I ordered the same 1 that you order plus I ordered a 6 ” waterproof probe. hope I can use it as a temp gauge in my mash as well as a temp controler
